Comptroller: Former TCAT Elizabethton employees misappropriated over $1 million
ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) - Two former employees of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) in Elizabethton allegedly misappropriated more than $1 million.
